Auto Club with Key Protection                      
The person named in the above schedule made a part hereof, in consideration of the payment of fee provided in said schedule, is a named Member of Auto Club with Key Protection, and is entitled to all of the services, benefits and privileges hereof for and in connection with the ownership, maintenance and use of the motor vehicle(s) registered in the name of the Member, for the period set forth, within the United States of America, its territories or possessions, or Canada. This Motor Club Service Plan is optional and is not required to be purchased by the prospective Member. 
THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE CONTRACT NOR AN AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY AND DOES NOT COMPLY WITH ANY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LAW.

Terms of Plan Conformed to Statutes
Terms of this Plan which are in conflict with statutes of the state where issued are amended to conform with such State statutes (see Special Notes section below).

BASE BENEFITS:
Key Replacement
In the event Member’s key is lost, stolen or destroyed, the Plan Administrator will arrange and pay for a replacement key in the amount of and not to exceed, $399 per year for Standard vehicles or $799 per year for Luxury vehicles. NOTE: Valet keys and aftermarket devices (such as remote start) are excluded from coverage. If 1 Year term is selected, the Plan Administrator will pay for a replacement key in the amount of and not to exceed, $399 per year for both Standard vehicles and Luxury vehicles. See originating dealer for class definition. Prior authorization required for key replacement. Use Road Angel App to register claim. FOR USED VEHICLES, NO COVERAGE FOR REPLACING KEYS IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE, ABOVE. (1)(2)
Lockout Service
If Member’s ignition key is accidentally locked inside Member’s car, Member will be covered up to $100 for the services of a Plan Locksmith. (3)

Emergency Road Service
Coverage provides for Emergency Roadside Assistance up to a maximum of $100 per incidence within a 72-hour period, up to three covered services within a calendar year. Such services may include:

Towing – to the nearest authorized repair facility or a destination of your choice  
Battery Boost – to jump start your battery if it is dead or weak.
Fuel Delivery - we’ll deliver an emergency supply (up to 2 gallons)
Flat Tire Change – with your inflated spare (If a good spare is not available, or you have more than one flat tire, towing will be provided)
Locksmith Service - if you lock your keys inside your vehicle, we will dispatch qualified assistance to unlock the vehicle (the owner will be required to present proper identification at the time lockout service is provided). 
We pay the service provider for covered expenses, up to your benefit limit of $100 per incident. However, your benefit limit is a maximum per disablement, regardless of services performed.  
Member’s 24-hour emergency roadside assistance is active immediately. When calling for roadside assistance, Member will be required to give the dispatch representative Member’s PLAN NUMBER shown below. Member is entitled to one roadside service within a 72-hour period. If for any reason roadside service cannot be obtained by calling the toll-free number, Member may qualify for reimbursement of Member’s receipted towing expenses. For consideration, send Member’s original paid receipts, as soon as reasonably possible, to P.O. Box 660460, Dallas, TX 75266. (3)

Custom Trip Routing
Your Membership includes customized trip routing, a specially prepared map outlining Member’s travel route. To receive a custom trip route map, call Member service toll free. Please allow 2 weeks for mail delivery.

Hotel and Auto Rental Discounts – available at hundreds of hotels and car rental locations. Member must simply call the toll-free number for the hotel of their choice and provide the discount number in order to receive the discount. Call the toll-free number for the hotel or car rental agency of your choice and provide the discount number when making reservations.

NO COVERAGE FOR REPLACING KEYS IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE, ABOVE.

Term
This Plan commences on the Effective Date and continues for the Term chosen.
I have read the terms of this Auto Club with Key protection plan and agree to the terms and conditions stated on the front and back of this Plan. Additionally, I certify that I have received two (2) sets of working master keys/remotes at the time of purchase. A valet key is not considered a master key.

Exclusions (3)
1. Any replacement key made without Plan Administrator’s prior authorization.
2. Any key repair or replacement covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of responsibility issued by the manufacturer of the eligible key to be replaced.
3. Valet keys.
4. Aftermarket devices such as remote start. (2)

Key Replacement Procedures
To obtain key replacement benefits under this Plan, Member must comply with the following conditions:
1. All requests for key replacement must be reported to the Key Service Center before any replacement is initiated. Key Service Center: P.O. Box 660460, Dallas, TX 75006;
2. If Member is within a 25-mile radius of the originating dealer, Member must return to that originating dealer location to have a replacement key cut and programmed. If Member is outside the 25-mile radius, Member may go to any authorized franchise dealer.
3. All non-working keys must be made available to the dealer for inspection.
4. The originating dealer must fax a signed copy of the original repair order to Plan Administrator for final payment.
5. The originating dealer will be paid as soon as an appropriate signed repair order is received by Plan Administrator from the originating dealer. The Member is not responsible for any out of pocket expense other than costs in excess of their yearly limit of $399 on Standard vehicles or $799 on Luxury vehicles(4). If it is necessary for Member to go to non-originating dealer, Member shall use Road Angel App or call Key Service Center for prior approval before replacing the key. Member will pay non-originating dealer for the replacement key and will be reimbursed upon receipt of all repair orders, sales invoices and/or other relevant or appropriate documentation, as may reasonably be requested by Plan Administrator. 7. Plan Administrator is solely agreeing to pay the replacement cost for eligible keys under the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Plan. Plan Administrator shall not provide any keys itself. Further, Plan Administrator does not in any way warrant or guarantee, whether express or implied, any replacement key obtained by Member and/or paid for by or on behalf of Auto Club. (5)

Definitions
Covered Repair, Covered Loss or Covered Failure means Covered key that has been damaged or lost. The absence of a key at the time of delivery does not constitute a Covered Loss. Only the keys that are given at the time of delivery are covered under this Plan.
Eligible Key(s) means one of the keys (including FOB and/or remote) provided to Member at the time of vehicle’s original delivery or any key replaced under the terms of this Plan.
Member means the original person(s) to which this Plan was issued.
Reasonable Repair Cost means the customary parts and labor costs required to complete the repair or replacement of the Covered Failure, which in no case shall exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for parts, labor and allowances, as defined in the manufacturer's labor time guide or the nationally recognized parts and labor time guides. Plan Administrator reserves the right to use “like kind and quality” replacements for lost or damaged keys.
Used Vehicle means any vehicle that has been previously titled.
Plan Administrator is the United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc.
Dealer is RoadClubs.com, LLC DBA Road Angel or any one of its marketing partners identified at time of product promotion and purchase.
 
Cancellation and Transfer
If this Plan is canceled by the Member within the first sixty (60) days of purchase and no covered claim has been filed, then the Member shall receive a pro-rata refund of the purchase price. If the Plan is canceled after sixty (60) days of purchase and no covered claim has been filed, then the Member shall receive a pro-rata refund of the purchase price minus an administrative fee of $25. The Member may cancel the Plan by surrender hereof, or by mailing to issuing dealer written notice stating when, thereafter, such cancellation shall be effective. Earned fee of such service plan shall be computed in accordance with customary pro-rata cancellation table. However, in the event of a paid claim, this Plan will be deemed as fully earned and no refund will be due or paid to the Member. This Plan is non-cancelable by Plan Administrator. This Plan is not transferable. * Not applicable to Maryland residents.
Plan Provisions
By acceptance of this Plan, the named Member agrees that this Plan embodies all Plans existing between themselves and Plan Administrator. The terms of this Plan shall not be waived or changed, except by endorsement issued to form a part of this Plan, signed by the President or Vice President and the clerk of Plan Administrator, and if such signatures are facsimile signatures, countersigned by a duly authorized representative of Plan Administrator. You will not be required to pay any sum in addition to your membership fee for services thus specified up to the benefit limit of your program.

State Offices
If Plan Administrator is unable to perform its Plan obligation to repair or replace the vehicle’s key, either on a service or indemnity basis, the cash retail equivalent shall be paid to the Member.

Special Notes

In NY the administrator will directly arrange for a replacement key. There are no reimbursements available for NY residents.
Aftermarket remote starters are covered in MA and FL.
No reimbursements are available in NY.
In NY if it is necessary for Member to go to non-originating dealer, Member shall call Key Service Center for prior approval before replacing the key. Plan Administrator is solely agreeing to the replacement cost for eligible keys under the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Plan. Plan Administrator shall not provide any keys itself. Further, Plan Administrator does not in any way warrant or guarantee, whether express or implied, any replacement key obtained by Member and/or paid for by Plan Administrator.
In NY and FL you must submit a claim within 180 days or no payment will be issued. 
In FL this statement is removed “However, in the event of a paid claim, this Plan will be deemed as fully earned and no refund will be due or paid to the Member.” 

NOTICE TO WISCONSIN RESIDENTS: Under Wisconsin law, your membership contract is considered an insurance policy. After the first 60 days and prior to the expiration of the agreed term (or one year from the effective date of membership, whichever occurs first) your membership may not be cancelled by the motor club except: 1) for failure to pay the membership fee; 2) in the event of material misrepresentation by you; 3) in the event of a substantial change in the risk assumed reasonably unforeseen by the motor club; or 4) for a breach of contractual duties, conditions or warranties by you. No cancellation will become effective until at least 10 days after the first class mailing or delivery of a written notice to you. You have the right, subject to cancellation provisions above, to have your membership renewed on terms no less favorable than those offered to other similar members by the motor club, unless at least 60 days prior to date of expiration of membership, you are provided with a notice of the motor club’s intention not to renew the membership beyond the agreed expiration date.

If you are having problems with your insurance company or agent, do not hesitate to contact the insurance company or agent to resolve your problem. You can also contact the Office of The Commissioner of Insurance, a state agency which enforces Wisconsin’s insurance laws, and file a complaint. NOTICE TO MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, MASSACHUSETTS, OKLAHOMA, NEVADA, & WYOMING RESIDENTS: This membership may be canceled at any time by providing written notice thereof by either the club or the member, and that the member will, if the dues or membership fee has been paid thereupon, be entitled to a refund of the unused portion of the consideration paid for such contract, calculated on a pro rata basis over the period of the contract, without any deductions, provided that Auto Club may make a reasonable minimum charge.

Free “First Dent” Repair and Discounts- When more than one repairable dent of 2 inches or less in diameter exists on a single door, fender, quarter panel, hood, trunk lid, hatch, roof or tailgate, the smallest dent will be repaired at no charge in conjunction with discounted repair session of other dents on same panel. Limit one free dent removal per single (paid) repair session. A repair session is one in which all repairable dents on a single registered vehicle are removed using industry standard PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) methods by an authorized RoadClubs.com network technician. Discounts are pre-negotiated and guaranteed to be the lowest possible rate below retail PDR repair pricing. This benefit also applies to hail damage repairs and insurance claims. Some dents may not be repairable using PDR methods due to location of dent, size of dent, creased dents, or paint damage.
Free “First Scratch” Repair and Discounts- When more than one repairable surface scratch of 5 inches or less in length exists on any factory painted area of member’s registered vehicle, the smallest scratch will be repaired at no charge in conjunction with (paid) discounted repair session of all other scratches. Limit one free scratch repair per single session. A repair session is one in which all repairable scratches on a single vehicle are repaired using industry standard, non-body shop methods by an authorized RoadClubs.com network technician. Discounts are pre-negotiated and guaranteed to be the lowest possible rate below retail scratch repair pricing. Some scratches may not be repairable using standard, non-body shop methods.
Free “First Star Crack” Repair and Discounts- When more than one repairable Star Crack of 2 inches in diameter or less exists on a member’s registered vehicle, the smallest of all star cracks will be repaired at no charge in conjunction with discounted windshield repair session of all repairable star cracks. Discounts are pre-negotiated and guaranteed to be the lowest possible rate below retail windshield repair pricing.
All repairs must be completed by an authorized Road Angel network technician.
Free Battery Testing- This benefit is available to members for any vehicle they own or lease that is registered at time of new membership.
Key/Fob Discounts- At any time member may request and purchase Key/Fob at a discounted price using Road Angel app. Key/Fob pricing is guaranteed to be less than retail vehicle make franchise dealership parts pricing. Member will be responsible for all shipping, handling, key cutting and programming fees.
Free Key/Fob- This benefit is available to members for any vehicle they own or lease that is registered at time of new membership and after member has paid the upgrade membership dues price annual renewal or thirteenth monthly renewal without any late payment of membership dues. Vehicles purchased or leased by member and registered after initial membership will be eligible for Free Key/Fob after the thirteenth month from the time member has registered the vehicle. Free Key/Fob is limited to one per membership per rolling 12 month period. Member will receive Free Key/Fob by USPS First Class mail with complete programming instructions. Member may elect to pay additional shipping and handling for faster delivery. If member is unable or unwilling to program Key/Fob, member may use any qualified dealership or independent repair facility and pay the usual and customary programming fee if no discounted referral source is available through RoadClubs.com. Free Key/Fob will be either an OEM or aftermarket part at the sole discretion of RoadClubs.com. Member must provide all required vehicle Key/Fob information in order to resource proper Key/Fob match. Member will be responsible for any special or additional key cutting and or programming. Some vehicle makes and or models may be excluded, including but not limited to low production, high-line exotic makes and models. To verify eligibility of a vehicle for this benefit, open Road Angel app on your phone and tap "FIX Soon" then follow resulting prompts being sure to include the Year, Make, Model, and VIN number.
Service Repair Discounts-The following discounted automotive services may be requested anytime during paid premium level membership period and limited to availability: Dent, hail, scratch, bumper, wheel, windshield, headlight reconditioning, stain removal, interior leather, fabric, carpet, and major collision repairs. Discounted auto glass replacements are also available in most areas.
Service Repair Discount Guarantee-RoadClubs.com DBA Road Angel, guarantees listed (collision, hail and insurance related repairs excluded) service repairs to be the lowest pricing available as compared to automotive franchised dealership/body shop retail pricing. If member is able to resource and provide acceptable proof of lower pricing and equal or better quality on same services provided and paid for by member in good standing, RoadClubs.com will refund the difference. Limit one refund per member. Member must be in good standing with no late membership dues payments.
Some services may not be available to members in certain areas based on availability. If a particular service is not available at time of registered request, every effort will be made to resource, acquire, and make available to member within a reasonable period of time. If requested service is not available and all reasonable efforts have been exhausted, RoadClubs.com will notify member by email or text message. Member agrees to consider such unfulfilled service request closed without recourse.
